Refund policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it at no charge. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Cancellation requests made after 2 hours from the time of purchase may be subject to a cancellation fee of 2%–6%, depending on the payment method used, to cover transaction processing costs that cannot be recovered.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at business@miaosora.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
